The following figure shows the comparison of testing standard naphthalene using an imported C18 packing with a pore size of 100Å, a particle size of 20-45μm, and QuikSep C18A30 filler from Huideyi Company, pre-packed in a 10×250mm column, under a mobile phase condition of methanol/water=80/20. The results indicate that the column efficiency and peak shape are comparable to the original imported product, making it a preferred alternative to imported products.

Separation and purification of tilbopide - QuikSep C8 200Å 10μm
After secondary purification using QuikSep C8 packing, the purity of the sample was increased to 99.80%, with the maximum single impurity level at 0.06%。
