The development of silica gel chromatography packing has evolved from the first generation of amorphous silica gel to the second generation of polydispersed spherical silica gel, and further to the third generation of perfectly monodispersed spherical silica gel chromatography packing, with increasingly better chromatographic separation performance. The following figure shows the comparison of testing standard naphthalene using an imported C18 packing with a pore size of 100Å, a particle size of 20-45μm, and QuikSep C18A30 filler from Huideyi Company, pre-packed in a 10×250mm column, under a mobile phase condition of methanol/water=80/20. The results indicate that the column efficiency and peak shape are comparable to the original imported product, making it a preferred alternative to imported products.

Applications:





Separation and purification of tilbopide - QuikSep C8 200Å 10μm

After secondary purification using QuikSep C8 packing, the purity of the sample was increased to 99.80%, with the maximum single impurity level at 0.06%。
